Campus Religious/Volunteer Coordinator/Lunch and Learn Coordinator

Position is 35 hours/week with benefits. Requires knowledge and understanding of Jewish cultural and religious traditions. Must be able to provide outreach and organization of the volunteer program for Robison Jewish Health Care, Rose Schnitzer Manor, and Cedar Sinai Park Adult Day Services program. A small part of this position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the kosher ethnic meals program (Lunch and Learn) on site. Must communicate well with residents, families, and staff and be flexible with schedule.


Cedar Sinai Park Adult Day Services Activity Assistant On-Call

Responsible for the implementation of daily activities and personal care for participants of a social model day service program. Position requires a flexible schedule Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Staff Accountant
Responsibilities for this position include: Providing accounting services in accordance to GAAP; Assisting Controller in preparing monthly financial reports; Reconciling general ledger accounts and creating appropriate journal entries; Recording donations and cash receipts, and creating associated tracking   reports; Preparing bank reconciliations and other detail schedules on a monthly basis; Creating payroll tax reports and other reporting to outside agencies; Participating in annual audit and assisting auditors during on site field work; Becoming competent in and providing support to all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, and payroll; Other duties as assigned by Controller


Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting or related field; Accounting experience preferred; Superior attention to detail; Good communication skills; Long term care or medical systems knowledge desirable
